Very large furnished private room for grad student or scholar in 5-bedroom home in nicest neighborhood in county, "College Heights Estates" section of northern University Park (where tenured professors live). Save a lot of time and money by NOT having to drive to campus every day. Walk to corner of campus in 6 minutes (1/3 mi / 0.6km) or to student union or the graduate library at the center of campus in 15-20 minutes (1 mi / 1.6km). University of Maryland free shuttle stop is 0.2 miles from our house.
Your room on top (second) floor is the master bedroom. Fully furnished (see pictures), or bring your own bed and dressers if you prefer. Almost 22 feet (6.63m) long by almost 14 feet (4.17m) wide, plus study area and reading nook; total 337 sq ft (31.3 sq m) in addition to closet and attic closet. Largest room in house, it takes up half the second floor. I've decided to move into the small study.
