Room for Rent $480/month all utilities are included and no contract.
We have a furnished room (bed, desk, and chair) available now.
Location: 6809 Ingraham Street, Riverdale, MD 20737.
It's walking distance from the UMD 126 shuttle stop.
The rent covers all utilities, i.e. water, gas, electricity, and the internet.
Street parking is readily available.
There is a one month deposit requirement but no contract. However, we do prefer a candidate who will stay for one academic year or at least one semester. To leave, you will need to give us a one-month notification.
Currently, the house is occupied by one Chinese undergraduate and one Korean math graduate student
for Spring 2019.
The ideal candidate should be relatively clean and quiet.
