p.s. you should pay to access them all. Some of the utilities are built-in and for free, some of them were brought by us and we shared the fee.
Shopping and banking: walk to Bank of America and USPS in 10 minutes, walk to Safeway, Starbucks, dollar tree, Capital One Bank in 15 minutes. Drive to Greenbelt Station Metro in 10 minutes.UMD School bus is accessible within 5 minutes walk.
Roommates: 3 Chinese girls. We are all graduate student at University of Maryland. We are fluent in English and easy-going. We share the same class schedule so we always leave and come back together. Most of the time we are quietly staying at our room. We always keep our house clean and tidy and we are highly responsible for the community.
We require u to be:
Quiet, responsible for the community, seldom bring visitors, no smoking, no pets, pay bills on time.
You might need to sign a contract with the house owner. A month’s rent as the deposit is a must. If u want to leave before July 31, 2019, you should responsible for the next tenant.
