Job Description

IIG is looking for a Residential Advisor to live with and supervise a group of Chinese students studying at a local high school. If you are a mature, out-going person who loves spending time with students and interacting with different cultures, then you will love this job. In addition to a salary, Residential Advisor receives room and board throughout the school year in the same dorm where the students are housed.
NOTICE: THIS JOB NEED TO RELOCATE TO POTOMAC, MD.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Provide responsible adult supervision for the students
Manage dorm daily operation
Provide driving support
Organize activities and outings
Skills/Qualifications:
With min 5 years education experience (could be direct experience with your own children or professional experience), experience with teenage children is highly preferred.
Min college/associate degree (international degree is recognized).
Mature, outgoing adult with outstanding moral character
Highly organized, professional, efficient, resourceful and works well under pressure
Interest in working with high school age students
Empathy and understanding for international students
Ability to speak Chinese or experience working in China is a plus
